Refund Policy

All sales sent out for delivery are Final.  No returns will be accepted.  If an item purchased is warrantied, buyers can contact the manufacturer directly to file appropriate warranty claim. Refer to our warranty disclaimer at FNPoolsupplies.com/warranty-disclaimer.

If buyer requests a refund prior to delivery process beginning, FN Pool Supplies will refund original payment method minus 15% fee.  Beginning of delivery process is when product is loaded onto delivery vehicle.  Product orders will be sent out for delivery at 8AM CST, the day after order is completed (unless specified for later date by customer during checkout process).  To request an order cancellation, email orders@FNPoolSupplies.com.  Message must include full customer name, order number and product numbers in question.
